| Heather
Karr provides the creative vision behind all of KARR and
KARR’s projects.
Heather worked in a small advertising agency before
moving to the publishing field in 1983. She served as
Assistant Art Director for Hot Rod and was Group
Art Director for Motorcyclist, Dirt Rider and Super/Motocross magazines.
Later, she became the Art Director for Motor Trend.
In the early ’90s, she broadened her efforts into
collateral materials for various magazines and corporate
projects. For AXO Sport America, she designed and produced Inside
Motocross, an award-winning high-end publication
that even today ranks as a landmark in the motorcycle
field.
She spent six years as Chief Creative Director in the
partnership MORTON•KARR, where she gave that special “edge” to
ad campaigns and collateral. Heather has a particular
talent for keeping branding and style consistent within
ongoing projects, and she creates efficient production
systems for large projects to keep schedules and budgets
on track. Heather has extensive experience in the role
of Account Executive, and relishes challenging projects
and mobilizing creative teams. |
